What kind of daiquiris do the mods like?: Banana! IC Name: Whitney Dylan Sampson Age/DOB: 10/17/92 Gender: Female Sexuality: Bisexual Physical Description: Tall with what one would call "Mocha" skin. She tends to keep her hair long and curly or wavy. Personality: Whitney Dylan is one of those "firecracker" types. She's nice and elegant but when she's angered she's quick to act and often unstoppable. She can be hard to reach but as soon as she's befriended then she's loyal to that friend until the end. She's comfortable in a art gallery or in a mosh pit. She likes to party but she doesn't let her school work suffer because of it. She tends to like classic Rock and metal but she still loves many other kinds of music. History (Please write at least four/five paragraphs here. You're starting this character from scratch this is the place to flesh him/her out): Born in her mother's home town of Detroit, Dylan and her family were happy for a short while. But when a car accident claimed the life of her mother in 1994, Dylan and her father moved to Chicago. Eventually John remarried and divorced. The only remenants of that marriage is that her stepbrother, Noah, stuck around. Eventually Dylan and her father settled into a rhythm. They barely talked unless necessary and they both went about with their lives, saving conversation for their four times a week dinner. As she grew up she developed two personalities. She succeeded in education placing her in a private school with a scholarship and the personality often called "Whitney." Whitney was the side of her that was quiet and polite and spent all her time doing homework and studying. She liked the "Whitney" side of her, although she didn't have many friends and even fewer love interests. "Whitney" offered no excitement or outlet for the emotions She kept bottled up. Then just before her 15th birthday, she began to develop the side of her that she kept hidden from the majority of the world. The loud, partying side of her. She began to hang out at house parties or clubs with the same crowd, calling herself "Dylan" as a partial alias (after her mom's maiden name and her middle name). She went to concerts, got a little drunk from time to time and generally just had fun. It was here that she realized she didn't only like boys, but she also liked girls. To everyone else but her these two "personalities" seemed irreconcilable. To her it was just the same person in different situations. Still to cover her tracks she lied extensively. With the exception of her ex-stepbrother and closest friend, no one at school knew of "Dylan" and no one at the parties knew of "Whitney." Then towards the end of her sophomore year the "event" happened, bringing her two lives crashing together. Because of what she referred to as "the event," she was allowed to finish out the school year, but she was told that her scholarship would have to apply to a different school starting her junior year. So she began to look around for good schools in Chicago or in the surrounding towns of Illinois. It was then that Noah told her about a school his friend went to before going to college called "Falcon Pride." It seemed like the best place for her to mix her two personalities and no longer be split. Now all there was to choose was which name she should go by. Student/Faculty (please list position eg. We haunted out the music store and he bought me an compilation album "Crunk goes Punk." Its hilarious, then he continued to drag me around. He sent me to get a manicure at that place I like. The whole time I was talking to Chi as she did my nails (and gave me her version of a tearful goodbye, I'm gunna miss that chick.) About the time I was done he shows up with a bag and told me that it was a going away present from him and pops. Since my new school won't provide me with one. And its this very laptop I'm on. I love my boys. IC Log Example (at 150 words, 3rd person): Whitney Dylan looked at her nails, extending her arm to appreciate the teardrop/rain pattern Chi gave her. It was definitely in the top five best ever manicures. She was shocked out of her nail-appreciation by a loud sneeze... on her. She looked down to the little girl with a innocent look on her face and a thumb stuck in her mouth. With a glare shot to the inattentive mother who had spent the last 30 minutes on a phone saying things akin to "No she di'it" she grabbed her bag and relocated to uncomfortable chairs nearer to the open window facing the airplanes. It was the first time she'd ever been to the famed O'hare and she had her very own laptop leaning against her leg in a laptop bag. She was actually nervous but today was the first day of her new life. | |||||||||
